Need a tape measure?

My full time job is on a “how can we improve employee moral” kick lately, specifically in terms of last years employee satisfaction survey.  Recently we received an email highlighting some changes that have gone into effect.  One of those changes was:

“Eliminate favoritism has been completed”

And that’s measured how?
